Perfect for gatherings with family or friends, the house offers a pleasant shaded terrace and a games room with a pool table and table football.



The ground floor has a fully equipped kitchen and a dining room with a large table seating 16, opening directly onto a spacious terrace with mountain views and a barbecue. Two bedrooms have 140 x 190 cm beds, and another has 90 x 200 cm beds that can be joined to form a king-size bed. A bathroom and separate toilet complete this floor.



Upstairs, the living room opens onto a large games room with a pool table and table football. One bedroom has a king-size bed, another has a 140 x 190 cm bed, and a third has bunk beds. There is also a bathroom and a separate toilet on this floor.



The large garden is fully fenced, and a garage is available.



Bed linen and towels are not provided, and cleaning is not included. However, bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning are available as optional services for an extra fee.
