Set high amongst the native beautiful bush overlooking Waikawa harbor is our lovely five-bedroom home plus a guest studio for that sixth bedroom. You'll feel like this is a secluded hideaway but with the bonus of the beach & boat ramp just 5 minutes' walk. This home has 1 big front deck with lovely views of the marina. If you're after a getaway from the hustle and bustle our place is perfect for you. Picton township is just 5 mins drive away for dinning & shopping or walk 15mins down to the Jolly Roger, our local bar by the Marina.

Ground level is a large carport area for 4 cars & parking for a boat up to 5-6 meters. Up the stairs to the first floor living area is a modern Kitchen and big main deck for entertaining. Master bedroom & ensuite with private deck with a romantic swing seat.
Up more stairs to the Second story, 3 bedrooms (2 of the bedrooms have a deck for chilling) main full bathroom plus large bath. Yes, more stairs to the third level, this has more space to chill and room for 2 single beds if needed.
Next door to this property along the boardwalk is the Art guest studio, which is self-contained for 2 people. In winter there is a natural hot tub which guest can man, this is perfect for star gazing at night.
