Great one-night layover hotel!

We stayed at the Regent Star overnight for a layover and we had a very pleasant experience. The shuttle to the from the airport was very convenient, the breakfast was good, and they allowed us a late checkout which was wonderful. The bed was a little firmer than we like, but we had a good night of rest. We’d definitely stay here again!

The hotel was dark, there was no lighting in the main hallways (making it difficult to locate the elevator) and the lighting in the bedroom was very dim. The business facility was not appropriate since there were mold in the bathroom ceiling and leak in the bathroom sink. There was a cracked in the wall above the TV, there were not hot water for 3 days, the second day there was not chef so no breakfast, the room did not have phone, they claimed it was on repairs for years. The staff was very nice but the above mentioned was unacceptable.
