The villa can accommodate up to 10 guests. It has several living rooms, including a fully air-conditioned self-contained flat for holidays with family or friends. It has a kitchen opening onto a magnificent sea-view terrace, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (with shower). Wifi (fibre), towels and sheets included, we're waiting for you!

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board, electric car charger.

The house is ideally located in Pianottoli-Caldarello, in a very pleasant setting. All the essential shops are close by, as are boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
