The house is tastefully decorated in a warm, inviting style. It features a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, three bedrooms (two with double beds and one with two single beds), and two bathrooms (including a washing machine).

The property includes a spacious terrace with a pergola and a private garden. Thanks to its location, every room offers a magnificent view of Lake Como. The house is part of a gated community of 12 homes. Our home is the last one, slightly higher up the hill, which makes it very peaceful. The garden is fenced, and dogs are welcome.

There is a shared swimming pool (open during the high and mid-season). From the garage (where we have one parking space), you can take an elevator directly to the house.

The property is conveniently located just 3 minutes from a supermarket and only 5 minutes on foot from the lake beach. There are many nearby activities, including sailing and motorboat rentals, windsurfing and kiteboarding, e-bike rentals, and a climbing park.

A scenic 5 km walking path runs along the lake, and there are plenty of waterfront restaurants and cafés for a cappuccino or an evening drink — all within walking distance.
