Absolutely fantastic apartment - could not fault it in any way - the views from the terraces are absolutely stunning - I have already recommended this property to family and friends. There is just everything in the apartment that you need for a fantastic holiday.

Great property, awesome view

Directions to the unit were clear, we found the property easily. The 3 km road leading to it from the main road is incredibly narrow most of the time but even with traffic it is doable. We had everything we needed for our stay, kitchen items, washer, dishwasher. Our host even provided a welcome gift of pasta and tomato sauce and a bottle of wine. Wifi was good. Communication with the host was excellent. I can highly recommend this place to anyone.

Das Apartment ist groß und geräumig. Es ist sehr gut ausgestattet und ausgesprochen sauber. Insbesondere die Küche ist für eine Ferienwohnung ausgezeichnet ausgestattet. Durch die Hanglage hat die im Erdgeschoss gelegene Wohnung nur zu einer Seite hin Fenster und ist dadurch etwas dunkler. Vor der Wohnung ist ein Sitzplatz. Hier gibt es keine Aussicht, wenn man aber auf die höhergelegene Terrasse geht, wird man dafür entschädigt. Dort hat man einen wunderbaren Blick auf den See und die Berge. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Die Wohnung ist in einem guten Zustand, gut ausgestattet und mit genügend Platz für eine vierköpfige Familie. Der Blick auf den Comer See ist traumhaft und ein extra Pluspunkt. Von hier aus lässt sich der See wunderbar erkunden und tolle Orte wie Menaggio sind nur 15min Autofahrt entfernt. Wer mit seinem Auto nicht auf den Parkplatz vor dem Haus kommt, findet problemlos in 200m Entfernung weitere Parkplätze an der Straße. Sauberkeit war auch in Ordnung, auch wenn in einigen Ecken etwas gefuschert wurde.

Erholung in traumhafter Umgebung

Ein sehr gut gelegenes , sehr schönes Apartment, perfekt ausgestattet und mit traumhafter Aussicht. Sehr gut gelegen, um Ausflüge in die Umgebung zu machen. Durch die Lage etwas ruhiger, wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Etwas abgelegen, aber mit wunderschönen Blick auf Berge und See

Es gibt ein etwas schwer, weil es eine steile Auffahrt gibt, zu erreichendes Grundstück. Nach dem Ausladen, kann der PKW aber auch gut auf der Straße geparkt werden. Das Haus war super sauber und hatte alles nötige. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Matratzen waren etwas weich und die Betten haben sehr auf jede Bewegung reagiert. Wir waren zu fünft und hatten ausreichend Platz. Eine Person musste auf der Couch im Wohnzimmer schlafen, dass war aber kein Problem.

Super schön

Die Wohnung ist wirklich super schön und sauber. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Auch wenn man wg. schlechten Wetters nichts unternehmen kann, bleibt man gerne in der Wohnung und genießt einen schönen kuscheligen Tag daheim. Der Ausblick von der oberen Terrasse ist ein Traum. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden was man braucht (Küchenutensilien, Spiele, Bücher....) . Die Organisation von Schlüsselübergabe und -abgabe erfolgte problemlos und super. In der Wohnung befindet sich ein Ordner mit allen möglichen Tipps zum Thema Essen, Ausflüge, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten etc. Einfach nur top!!!!!! Der Aufenthalt in dieser Wohnung ist wirklich empfehlenswert!

Superbe vue sur le lac de Côme de la petite terrasse et un coin repas exterieur devant l'appartement. Cuisine bien équipée et literie de bonne qualité. Il ne manquait que des rideaux occultants pour ne oas être réveillé oar le levé du soleil. A 15mn de Menaggio en.voitureĺ où l'on peut prendre le bateau pour Bellagio et Varenna

Quel bel emplacement !

Un appartement très bien conçu, joliment décoré et parfaitement aménagé, tout y est pour votre confort. Un espace repas pour manger à l’extérieur et séparée, une petite terrasse face au lac pou profiter de la vue magnifique. A 10-15 mn à pied du lac pour la baignade et le village est à 20 mn de Menaggio pour prendre le ferry destination Varenna ou Bellagio. Merci pour ce superbe séjour et le cadeau de bienvenue.

Tolle Wohnung in ruhiger Lage

Die umfassend ausgestattete und geschmackvoll eingerichtete FeWo liegt im EG eines viergeschossigen Hauses mit überdachter gepflasteter Terrasse vor der Tür. Traumhafter Blick von der seitlich oberhalb gelegenen Sonnenterrasse. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite (deutsche) Vermieter (liebe Myriam, lieber Bernhard, nochmals danke für alles!). Ca. 1 km Luftlinie vom See, vom 200m entfernten Maggiana führt ein Fußweg in ca. 10 min (zurück bergauf natürlich länger) zum See, dort Bademöglichkeit und Restaurants (sehr gut, aber nicht billig: Veranda - neben dem Campingplatz), im Ort kleiner Supermarkt. Dadurch, dass der Durchgangsverkehr durch den Tunnel um den Ort geleitet wird, erstaunlich ruhig. Insgesamt absolut empfehlenswert!

Zwischenstopp am Comer See

Wir haben auf der Rückreise 3 Tage hier verbracht und waren sehr zufrieden. Die Region ist sehr schön und hat auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt genügend Abwechslung zu bietet. Gerne kommen wir bei einer anderen Gelegenheit nochmal vorbei.

Kleines Refugium

Gut ausgestattetes Apartment, insbesondere ausreichende Anzahl an Geschirr und Besteck. Obere Terrasse leider nur bei gutem Wetter nutzbar. Sitzgruppe direkt vorm Apartment überdacht und trocken, dafür nur eingeschränkte Sicht. Steile Zufahrt haben wir durch schräges Auf-/Abfahren gemeistert. Parkplatz hatten wir zum Glück für uns allein.

Peaceful holiday enjoying an amazing view of lake Como !

As a family (including a grand mother who happily joined us for the trip) we thouroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful flat which has everything you need. Kids can play around without you being worried (the property is gated) while you are enjoying a book on the terrace which has an amazing view of lake Como. You can go to the restaurant close by where you can also swim in the lake (although we have only tried as it was too cold). You are close to Menaggio where you can take a boat to Como and Bellagio etc.

Escale dépaysante.

Trop court séjour aux abords du lac de Côme. Agréable logement avec vue sur celui-ci. Certes, la route est étroite mais c'est le cas sur la très grande majorité des voies qui jalonnent l'endroit. L'appartement est bien équipé, très confortable et nous avons apprécié les petits cadeaux de bienvenue. Nous recommandons sans réserves.

Eine tolle Wohnung zum Wohlfühlen

Da die Wohnung bereits auf den Bildern gut aussah, waren wir wirklich sehr gespannt und wurden positiv überrascht, sodass wir den Aufenthalt in dieser modern eingerichteten und sauberen Ferienwohnung sehr genossen haben. Es ist alles Nötige vorhanden, was man in einer Ferienwohnung benötigt, sogar eine Waschmaschine. Als sehr vorteilhaft empfanden wir, dass die Wohnung auch bei den zum Teil sehr hohen Außentemperaturen immer angenehm kühl geblieben ist. Die Abwicklung verlief absolut problemlos und sehr freundlich. Viele Dank!
