Very nice hotel in the center of Piacenza - clean and comfortable and upscale in feel. Lovely rooftop bar with views over the town. Staff were friendly and helpful. My only negatives were poor WiFi in the room and lack of insulation so noise from the street and neighbouring rooms was an issue. Otherwise hotel was an excellent choice for us.

Great Hotel

Great location in the center of the city; Panoramic views from the rooftop; Delicious breakfast buffet at the rooftop restaurant, as well as cocktails before dinner; friendly staff; clean spacious room; convenient parking underground... Overall, an excellent hotel. We would definitely recommend it.

Incredible service, stunning views from the rooftop bar/breakfast area, nice breakfast, and clean rooms. The hotel also offers parking underneath the building. Although the space is tight, we managed just fine with our rented SUV. My only complaint is that the pillows were very firm.

The hotel is conveniently located in the city centre, with the added benefit of its own underground parking. Unfortunately, our room on the sixth level was directly below the restaurant/breakfast saloon. Every morning, we were woken by the noise of staff moving chairs as they prepared the breakfast area. The bed was fitted with a plastic mattress protector, which felt uncomfortable and gave the impression of a much lower-standard hotel. The bathroom had a plastic shower curtain over the bathtub, which felt outdated and was reminiscent of hotels from the 1990s. Breakfast was disappointing, both in terms of variety and quality. Even the bread was stale. Fresh bread is inexpensive and readily available from local bakeries, so this would be an easy improvement that would significantly enhance the guest experience. On the positive side, the staff provided professional and courteous service throughout our stay.
