The property is nice and clean and in a very good location. The only things I didn't really like were there were so many mosquitoes in the villa because there was a window left open in one of the downstairs bathrooms, the glass doors that open to the pool don't all lock so i didn't necessarily feel safe, the beds were very hard and the electricity bill i was charged seemed extremely high. for less than 1week, i paid about 112 dollars and we watched tv 1 or 2 days, cut the air off while gone and only used electricity to run the fans, light the home in the evenings and charge our electronics.

the environment is great, big pool and big room, simple decorate and clean, and at a cheap price. but the location is quite far from Patong, need long time to drive there. the electrical and water supply is not stable (slightly), still worth this price for such a big house with a beautiful pool.
