The rooms are tired and need updating. Shower right on top of the toilet. Only stayed here one night as was a stopover, wouldn’t recommend for older generations but good if you are looking to party, 5 mins from the main strip, which you can here in the room. Really liked the laid back atmosphere of the hotel, bungalow style room, pool area and restaurant. Staff were friendly. Being right across from the beach was great. Good value for money. Only downside is the noise of pulsating music from nearby Bangla Road until 3am. I had asked for a quieter room (which they gave me) so I was able to sleep fairly well, but this is not a place for people who need complete quiet to sleep!
