Breakfast was the same all days during our stay. No variety or change. Got bored eating same stuff every morning. One lady at the reception was so unfit for the role at reception. Neither she helped nor she it seems she wanted to help. Infact it was evident from her expressions & face that she hates when people interacts with her. Rest other staff were excellent & helpful.

I have only ever met a handful of rude people in Thailand ever after many times going but , the lady working the front desk was one of the rudest people i ever met. She tried to change my room multiple time in one day . I booked on Expedia and then she charged me 800 baht more . One of our 3 nights there was a fight from midnight to 7am before they finally called the police. Lets just say i will never stay there again and we go to thailand often they really lost my buisness and i am also a travel agent and will never recommend them . Never have i ever booked a room and in the middle of our stay be asked to pay more !
