My husband and I had the most incredible stay at The Senses for our honeymoon. The staff were incredible - so friendly and attentive which made our stay even better. We couldn’t recommend staying at this hotel enough - it was clean, the amenities were spotless and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The Senses is a 20 minute walk from the center of Patong, 25 from the beach. Located on a hill overlooking the city, with a view of the ocean, it’s an oasis in a place that teems with action and noise. Highlights of this excellent hotel include the pool, large, with a great view. Staff are exceedingly polite and friendly, even by Thai standards. Breakfast was so good we lingered every day.

Amazing hotel! Best weve ever stayed at! We were pleasantly surprised upon arrival. Restaurant staff could improve their customer service and speed a little especially when they are charging a non negotiable service fee. Other than that, no issues with anyone else. The bellboys deserve so much credit. One thing to mention, we had to use 3 lifts to get to our top floor jucuzzi suite which was fine for us as were kinda young but may be uneasy for older people. Been to few different 5 star hotels in Thailand and this is definitely a 6 star compared to them.
