I enjoyed my stay here . My entire trip I felt safe and everyone was so nice , the people who drive u up to your room on the buggy was convenient, the cleaning services was done daily and they respected my wishes when i had on the Do Not Disturb light , i went to the roof top bar and the restaurant on the second floor and all the employees were nice as well . I definitely recommend this location & the koi fish pond was soooo pretty

Only reason complain is the first room I was put in for the first 3 days stunk Once I was moved to another room it had 2 beds which is not what I ordered so it make the room cluttered as there was no space for my bags. Once I brought the up, the lady at the checkin desk was not pleasant and I felt intimidated to ask for what I paid for (which was a single king size bed with no stinky smell)

The property was very nice and well kept, rooms were spacious and clean. The only issue I had was the room remained very moist which created a mildew smell. The walls and floor remained wet even after wiping everything down with a towel and this also caused our clothes to remain damn. Not sure what that was about but maybe it had to do with the AC system. Otherwise it is a very nice property but a little far off from the excitement of Patong Beach.

LOVED this hotel. Staff was so friendly. Went to thailand for my birthday and on my birthday they decorated the bed and brought me a cake with a candle. I thought the gesture was so sweet. Breakfast food was great everyone was very friendly no complaints When i visit thailand again i will be staying here
