The room was awesome and the hotel also. Location not too close to Patong beach wich is the center of town. I particularly had a situation that was very uncomfortable at this hotel. We were in our room after a shower we decided to rest for a little bit because by the way they don’t give you the room until the time of check in we were tired and we were naked in bed and we heard a noise when we look towards the door a guy was walking into the room. He opened the door with a key and got in we start asking him what was he doing in our room he got out I put a rope and the front desk gave him our room and a key access that was a horrible experience for us first time happening and we travel a lot. For many years.for the rest good hotel good food I choose the option with breakfast included. Very good quality breakfast a lot of choices.

The property is far from the airport. There isn’t much to do around the property. They offer free shuttle bus to the mall and Patong Beach. There’s no hot tub, pools are small and water was cold. The most annoying thing was the bugs that were in the rooms. They had ants, white little bugs, and mosquitoes. I didn’t pick this hotel and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

The breakfast buffet is extensive, the staff were friendly, kind and welcoming. It was great being a bit out from Central Patong (2kms) and having Kalim beach just a walk away.

Our stay was ok. We got a pool access room, unfortunately it had a strong smell of mold. We found what looked like mold on the curtains. Our toilet wouldnt flush consistently and our sink drain plug hardware was held on crudely with some wire that wouldnt close or open the drain. The staff came and addressed the mold smell and toilet issue and the rest of the stay was great.

Greatest and most respectful staff. Game makes the best breakfast, and Ben took great care of our room. Gym was great, pool was great, vibes were great. Good middle spot to move around Phuket. Boats also offered various stops to islands. Support the local small kiosks too, the food is amazing.
