Staff in restaurant were incredible! The staff member ‘One’ was our favourite.Our entire family are GF and they were so accommodating. One of the slides was closed for the entire stay with no sign of it being repaired. But the other slides were brilliant. Highly recommended with kids.

Fantastic amenities and location. Prices are a bit steep for what you get though in my opinion. The TVs are not smart, sound is poor, but overall a great stay. Just beware the $45 water bottle charge if you happen to not see the label on it advising it is 1000 baht - yes, 1000 baht, if you use it. Apart from that, a good trip

It’s a fairly nice 3 star resort (rooms, food, service) Unfortunately the hotel pretends to be a 5 star resort in terms of online marketing and price. This leads to an initial disappointment with most guests, including us. After we overcome the initial disappointment, we had a nice time overall. All rooms are mouldy due to lack of maintenance of the HVAC system, you can smell it as soon as you enter the room and then just take a look inside the AC vents to see the black mould.
