The room was very charming and spotless, free snacks, drinks and bathroom amenities. We had a small issue with the room and the front desk immediately moved us into a much larger, nicer and more expensive suite, with direct pool access. Perfect service and execution!

What an incredible property! We absolutely loved our stay here and highly recommend Sawasdee Village. The gardens and pool are stunning and magical. A calm and relaxing atmosphere. The staff is amazing and so welcoming. Our every need was met with a smile and incredible service. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Breakfast daily was delicious with a huge selection of food! We have travelled extensively and found this to be one of our most memorable places to stay. We loved our stay and will return!

Everything was absolutely perfect. Photos don’t even come close to showing how magically transformative this slice of heaven truly is. Tstuuhe staff was beyond helpful, our surroundings felt like a dream- from the multiple swimming pools, the lounge with complimentary tea, coffee and snacks, the relaxing outdoor day beds that swung from the trees… the lights at night, the food at breakfast. Everything was perfect. I wish I had an extra week just to spend at this hotel, without even leaving to explore the town (which was super fun to do, we just had limited time and felt we didn’t get enough time to soak up everything this resort had to offer!!). You will not regret this medical gem- I yearn to be back there every day since leaving.

The staff was very kind and the room was beautiful - you could walk right into the pool from the shower or the balcony/patio. The breakfast was very mid for how nice the property was, but the property itself was gorgeous and so detailed. The spa was also incredible and I loved my 3 hour massage/body wrap/etc treatment!

Everything about Sawasdee Village is perfect. Our swim up room was fabulous. At every turn there is something to look at. The pool is huge and inviting. The swim up bar was a great place for a cocktail. The staff are so helpful and really looked after us when our luggage was delayed for 24 hours. Breakfast was plentiful with a great selection of food and drinks. I cannot recommend the hotel enough.

This is by far the most wonderful and amazing hotel that I have ever stayed in. The rooms are clean, the bed is very comfortable, the grounds are so interesting and immaculately clean. Splurge for the pool access cabana room so that you have access to another very cool pool right from your room with a private back patio. The staff are all very nice and so helpful. I wish I could stay here forever!

I booked Sawasdee Village for a unique experience our last few days in Phuket. It felt like an oasis, with beautiful grounds and pools, comfortable room and friendly staff. The room was nicely decorated and appointed with plenty of counter and storage space, with separate closet/dressing room, sectioned off toilette and shower that walked out to the pool, patio with loungers. The bed was larger than most king sized mattresses and was very comfortable with nice sheets and pillows. The TV was also large and you can sign into most Apps to access shows and movies. There was a separate router for each room so that internet connection was never an issue. The mini fridge was large with a freezer section and they provided plenty of water (in recyclable glass) that was replenished daily. They provided 2 Starbucks coffee pods for coffee each day. The only downside was that the AC didn't get lower than a certain temperature, but was comfortable for most of the stay. There were plenty of amenities, including 2 large pools with bars providing drinks. We didn't use the gym, but it looked nice with a good amount of machines and weights.The buffet breakfast at the restaurant was ample; eggs to order (including scrambled with multiple ingredients), dim sum, congee, thai dish, fried rice, yogurt, cereal, baked goods, fruit, salad and the coffee machine that made lattes, macchiatos, cappuccinos, etc.

The rooms and access to private pool is fantastic my family especially daughters loved it and rated it as #1pool for all 5 different hotel stays across south East Asia. Mosquitoes were really bad and I had bites all over my body. There was also a lot of Maeng Mow Bugs in the bed which I thought were bed bugs at first. They changed the sheets but it was very uncomfortable sleeping in a bug filled room.
