I was very, very upset by the fact that I paid for "ALL INCLUSIVE " and the hotel charges additional costs for room service and breakfast. The Marriott at Merlin Beach is one of the most expensive resorts in Phuket and there is no need for these additional charges. I will never stay at a Marriott property again nor will I recommend Marriott to any of my family or friends. Thank you for this opportunity to make you aware of my feelings about my stay. Lovely hotel, very clean and friendly staff. Great quiet location but hotel provides a shuttle into the town.

Loved all except that the swim up pool bar was closed, would have nice to be told as this was a big factor in booking this hotel.
