Food was really bad. There was only one restaurant while they claimed that they have 3 restaurants. Left over food left out at swimming pool overnight which collected a lot of bugs. There was no walking road to the beach. There was no sidewalk to walk to any beaches while they just listed out several beaches. You just stuck in the hotel and it was far from anywhere u wanted to go. And it was an hour drive to airport mot 33 min. Overally I feel that I wasted my vacation staying there. There was not even one store close to the hotel. It was waste of money snd My time

We had a lovely time here, staff were great, friendly and helpful. Room was cleaned daily, bottled water and towels replaced when needed. Free shuttle service was very handy with good friendly driver. Buffet breakfast was amazing with serviced egg and drink stations. Only issue was room aircon wasn’t regulating properly, kept trying to freeze or cook us but would stay again.

The experience was great, as the hotel offers many options so you don't need to leave it to have a good time. The pool is very good and the staff on the pool bar is excellent! The breakfast is awesome with many different options and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The gym is also good and Khine was very helpful explaining how the area worked. Definitely a great choice in Phuket!

I must say, we just went with what we thought was nice from the reviews, and it was awesome. Krishina(sorry if i got the name wrong) she was great. She knew i was staying for over 12 nights, she made sure i got an awesome room but she was on hand to makesure my stay was great. I loved the ppl hosting and more for the guys & girls who cleaned the rooms.. Well done, ill be back!

I had to switch rooms because the initial room I was given was surrounded by construction/renovation being made to the hotel's exterior. I raised the noise issue right away with the front desk and they were very helpful and efficient to move me to the other side of the building where it was quieter - they were extremely understanding and helpful. Beyond this hiccup, the room was clean, huge, and had a great view of Patong. m The only red flag I have were the loud and delusional tourists.
