Amazing. A warm welcome from the staff upon arrival. The room had everything needed for the stay. Only a few minutes away from Kamala beach which you must go too. Many local shops and local food. The pool and the view at this place was amazing. You pay for what you get. If I'm back in Phuket, I'm staying here.

Overall it was a nice stay. Nice clean hotel. The concierge team were super friendly and happy to help. The breakfast buffet was expansive, but the hot dishes were consistently cold. Would still recommend for the overall experience.

Bad management. At time of checking in the room was not ready on time. Staff didn’t provide feedback and left us hanging. Escalated to management and he offered us some juice drinks as compensation. I said thanks but no thank you. The rooms provided smelled mouldy due to the arcade air conditioning systems. We spent two nights there and regretted every minute of it. In general the resort is very beautiful. Areas needing to be addressed are training for management and staff on hospitality. I would recommend that anyone staying there review the rooms conditions immediately following checking in and if not satisfied speak to management immediately.
