I read quite a few reviews before staying here and yes the hotel needs repair , but the staff is really friendly and my room was clean . What you’re really paying for here is the location . It’s smack dab in the middle of everything, you can walk to everything including a million restaurants, massage parlours , Bangla Street and the beach is across the street . Cielo Blu is right next door and it’s a restaurant / bar and they do cocktail punch cards ! Great place to people watch while chilling with a cocktail at the end of the day . I upgraded to a pool access room and that pool serves 6 rooms ? And it was great ! The roof top has a 4/20 lounge for anyone looking to partake and there are also dispensaries everywhere ! LGBTQS+ is super accepted and the gay party street is also lots of fun ! And you can walk to it in about 15 mins . Patong Beach is very safe and in you will want to come back ! Overall you’re paying for what you get and location and friendly staff is the bonus ! I would totally stay here again .

Very basic but clean bed and staff friendly. Bathroom in desperate need of a refurb but was also clean. Best service was from housekeeping and even checked on me when I’d been ill making sure I had towels and bed was changed while I sat on a chair outside the room. Smell of food at a certain time of day and we realised it’s because there was a kitchen right below us. Only being able to have one room card was really annoying, staff seemed slightly annoyed a few times because they had to come up and let me in the room when my husband was out (imagine if you’re sharing with a friend and doing separate things more often). The lift broke on 3 occasions while we were there and have to go up very narrow steel metal stair case which is quite dangerous. I definitely wouldn’t stay here again, but my husband and his friend said they would (clearly I have higher standards than them!). Great location if you want to be right in the mix of the madness of Patong and cheap (only £700 for 17 nights 16th Dec-3rd Jan). Also good location for multiple beach clubs we wanted to go to like Cafe Del Mar and Yona. I would rather pay an extra few hundred to stay somewhere slightly nicer with a balcony as we couldn’t get anything dry. Can’t knock it for what it was though really.

Good location , just minute walk to beach . Good price- Hotel provides beach towel, Great staff , clean over all , water was smelly.- hard rock beds . Not comfortable at all . about 10 minutes walk to walking street . Hotel rating was far from 4 star . Rating, Not sure how got rated 4 star . Do not book this hotel for 4 star . But offers lots as to the price .

This place looks more like hostel or bed and breakfast. Not hotel or name been used . Worst experience ever received after long trip to here . Don’t fall for photos as not same at all . Poor communication. It is also far from walking street and beach , we have found hotel on beach rd at lower dollar amount of this place . If not sure book a night and then look for a place while here . Lots of options available

Staff was great, location was close to beach. - hotel aircond had mold in it - making me very sick with a respiratory infection. No hot water in sink. No cold water in shower. Water pressure was horribly low. Hotel breakfast is gross. Rooms have no sound insulation - and taxis are BLASTING music (out of a PA fit for a dance club!) until wee hours of the morning - so don't expect to get sleep in this hotel either. "beach view" from front balcony - obscured by trees.

It's a miserable place, it's worse than a bagabundos house, all dirty and worn out, simply when you enter the sign that they have a very hard bed and their dirty sheets, as if they hadn't changed it with blood, I had to go out and grab another hotel because they wanted to change the sabamas, what a bad experience

The manager and staff here are amazing. I would stay here again anytime. The price is good and location is great. The facility is a little older but kept up well. The Wi-Fi and internet was a serious problem. I was unable to keep online appointments. To the staff’s credit, they upgraded my room and made sure I got the access I needed to work.

I loved having a swimming pool on my terrace with an ocean view. The 5 restaurants beside the hotel are also very good and reasonably priced. I will book there again for my next trip , it ticked all my boxes.

My experience with the hotel started with some staff not working. The hotel was all over it, fixed everything in a matter of hours. The staff is amazingly nice and accepted me with open arms. The area is totally walkable and the beach is right across the street. My room was wonderful and you feel, believe it or not, some from home. I give this hotel a high thumbs up..👍👍👍

The room had a really bad odor. I was forced to upgrade.. then i was told that the elevator is broken and i had to go to 3rd floor with leg injury. At checkout they wouldnt return my deposit. They said it was for room charge but i paid in full through expedia.. they are thieves
