The room had a really fowl odor when we walked in and when we asked to be moved they found the shower was backed up and then she tried to talk us in to staying there! And seemed annoyed that we didn’t want to wait for the smell to dissipate. Even the repair staff came in and went OMG. How was that not noticed in cleaning? Also the pool was lacking towels or chairs and over all cleanliness. What a great location and the pool could be great but no service and very few lounge chairs, nowhere to sit and have a drink or snack. It seems that would be a money maker with some ambience. We planned to eat and have drinks but it wasn’t good environment.

Surrounding was spooky, the hotel not what was described, we did not have electricity in our room from 2 am onwards (no cooling either), the AC was really noicy as long as it worked. The bed was not good and the breakfast was not of the quality expected.

If you want to be closer to the main hub of the touristy part of Phuket, this will not be the one to stay. It requires taxis. If you want peace, quietness, and slower pace, this is a perfect place. The staff are all very kind and helpful.

We arrived there at 1028am tired and exhausted and on registration at 1031am asked if we can get a light breakfast and they said breakfast closed at 1030am, no smiles, or, I will see what we could do. On arriving in our room there was hair in the tub, and most places were dusty. We were asked to deposit $100US for another room pass ( I never heard of this) on adking why we were just told this is what we do. The 100US was refunded on checking out. The beach was great, although on the beach the locals do massages in the opened and some parts smelt of stale fish. Our room and the view from our room is nice. No trolleys work a few days so we opt to walk to the breakfast area. Lucky and Pok who worked the trolley and the lady for housekeeping Mia were all very helpful and pleasant despite their little English. The hotel is far from most activities, great restaurants and tours. We were picked up from the hotel and dropped back for all tour packages.

The rooms are spacious and well maintained, but they charge for warming your food in a microwave, and you have to pay extra for everything, we have stayed in hotels cheapers than this one that includes drinks in the fridge, microwave and better facilities, the staff is friendly but the beach view was really disappointing, dirty and dangerous, it wasn’t the worst, it’s just ok.

Lovely friendly and helpful staff. Room and balcony were massive and spotlessly clean. Food in restaurant in evening whether from buffet or a La carte menu was really tasty and good value for a hotel.
