Okay for a night or two

The hotel was centrally located, across from the local bus station and around a 10 minute walk to town. The room was a good size and a kettle along with tea, coffee and water was provided. The walls were thin which I had read in some previous reviews however the hotel was quiet during our stay so this didn’t cause much of an issue. Although the room provides a tv it does not have many English channels. One big downside was the WiFi, it was very slow connection. The Breakfast provided was okay. Buffet style with a few western and Asian options, however with the hotel being quiet and me preferring a slightly later start to the day this was often not hot. All in all this is an okay option for a night or two, the rooms were clean and it’s location is good.

Great hotel close to Bus terminal 1 We checked in before the check in time since we arrived early. Our room was not ready yet, but without much delay we were given another available room. The room was super clean and comfy and just as described. The location is really good if you are touristing around Phuket town. Ferry pier is 10mins on taxi. Bus terminal 1 is 2 minutes walk from the hotel. From there we took buses to Patong and to airport too. There is a restaurant right in front of the hotel that serves delicous and yet cheap Thai food and the owner lady is super nice. So all in all convenient location, great hotel, had an awesome stay.

The hotel was within walking distance of most places of interest, the room was a little on the small side, fortunately for us we went in the low season after we complained about the noise in our room, they upgraded us to a larger room at the rear of the hotel, this was now a much better experience, we found the staff to be very helpful,

Extremely convenient for Rassada pier

I enjoyed a quick checkin when arriving late in the evening this was good since I had just arrived from a long international flight. The room was a suitable size with a comfortable bed and pillow, the hotel was perfect for a 1 night stay and allowed an easy 10 minute taxi ride to Rassada pier the following morning which meant I was able to get the first ferry for the day to Koh Phi Phi. The Breakfast was suitable in the restaurant however behind the restaurant is a waterway that smelt extremely bad, this is not what you want to smell while eating your breakfast. I'm not really sure if this is something that the Hotel can fix though. I managed to secure a good price via Hotel.com for the room and was quite happy to rebook for another 1 night stay which I have coming up in the near future. When I went to rebook via Hotels.com the price was double that I paid recently and felt that it was not worth what they were asking so I found an alternate hotel for my next stay in Phuket. Over all very happy with my stay and would recommend for a shot stay and anyone needing easy access to Rassada pier

Nearby bus station. Friendly staff, Did not like that the open dinning room and kitchen was next to a stinky canal although it was camouflaged with plants. budget like hotel. Trick eye museum nearby. Clean room.

We are quite happy with our stay at Lub Sbuy House except that we find the lights in the room quite dim. The breakfast is nothing fantastic considering the reasonable price we are paying for the room.
