I felt the hotel didnt want to cater for its guests, the restaurants is open till 6.15pm, there is no bar on the site, although they advertise cocktails, some of the posters advertise their restaurant or food available till 20.30pm but not once did i see anyone dining. We had 20% food and drink vouchers as we are platinum expedia guests but we couldnt use them as it was always closed. The room was a hazard, could step on the floor with out slippers, the wooden floor was broken had gaps, the room ceiking had plaster patches all over. There was redecorating of rooms all over the hotel but we didnt get any apologies nor any offer to change rooms. I wouldnt go back to this hotel

Hotel was really good and staff were really good. It had a few issues like the shower head wasn’t working properly and apart from that everything at the hotel was great. Having 7-11 next to the hotel was just the plus.

Central to everything I needed. Clean, although the room can use an update. I can tell moisture is an issue. WiFi was great throughout, the ac stayed cool. Water pressure in the bathroom was great. Staff were friendly and accommodating and the truck taking you to Patong beach was an added bonus. Breakfast options were good too.

good location and food for breakfast was decent. The food was never hot, but just slightly warm. Pastries were good though and coffee was excellent. Wish there were more fruits and juices specific to Thailand. Rooms were good, but more modern updates could help.

Property was in a great location in which you’re not too far from Patong Beach… Karon Beach… centrally located so she wanted a quiet evening or a party filled evening you could have both… Within a short amount of time… staff was friendly and excellent… Our only challenge was the elevators broke down on a few occasions… Although they were able to fix them relatively fast

I had a great experience staying at this hotel. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made the whole stay feel welcoming. The breakfast was excellent, with a good variety of options to start the day right. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free, which I really appreciated. One of the best perks was the free shuttle service to the beach – super convenient and made getting around so much easier. Overall, a fantastic stay – I’d definitely come back!

I stayed here for over a week with my son- two rooms. Both rooms were comfortable and spacious. All the staff was wonderful- friendly, helpful and would oblige with any request. I felt sorry at times that some customers (mainly from Northern Europe) were often rude and greedy when it came to breakfast service. We would stay here again.
