We were not happy with that wet were sent emsil asking us to pay in advance for 1 night stay or our reservation could be cancelled. I found the link for the payment very suspicious and so I contacted Expedia and had a chat, with absolutely no support to resolve this issue. The room was too small and not very sound proof for external noise. The ajoining door the next room was also not sound proof and we could hear all conversation from the other room. The toilet and shower room was very small and the room was also very small and congested fr three. Very disappointing

There were other options cheaper and more expensive, we selected holiday inn express considering their reputation and the review but we weren’t happy. The rooms are super small, we booked for three people and while it says sleeps three, it actually doesn’t. Their bed was queen size and we struggled for three nights. Their breakfast was okay, not many options. Their pool is decent, good for kids. The spa was okay but their ceiling has mold. Spend an extra 100 for comfort. Oh the location is great, this hotel would be great for two people but not for family.
