The room exceeded my expectations. Its a great location. Make sure to tell the driver to approach from behind the Starbucks, as the posted street address is a one-way that is too busy to drive on during the day.

I had a very pleasant stay at this house which is conveniently located in the centre of Phuket. The room was nice, well maintained, and cleaned daily to a high standard. The staff were attentive and professional, and the shower pressure was excellent. While the room could be a little noisy at times, it was manageable and did not detract from the overall comfort and quality of the stay.

This is the best spot to stay if you want to explore old town and only want to walk. This location is right next to the night market and right in the heart of all the excitement. The self check in and self checkout is simple and the ladies in the store front are very helpful if you should need anything. If you are looking for a beautiful place in a prime location I would highly recommend this place especially for the price point.

Out of six locations, we stayed over a month. This was our favorite place. The lovely girls at the check-in were exceptionally helpful throughout our stay. Thank you. Rooms were immaculate, and beds were incredibly comfortable. We stayed in rooms 302, 301, and 202, and they were all equipped with beautiful decorations along with a very large balcony which is great for relaxing in the evenings. We stayed for six nights in three rooms and wish we had stayed for a month 😊 The manager and owner contacted us to ensure everything was comfortable for us. Overall, it was the best stay we had in Phuket.

There is no reception or hotel staff, or that seems to be the case, instead you are given instructions on how to enter the property and how to leave. Also, there are no amenities such as dining options, bar or pool in the property, although there are endless eating and drinking options nearby. It is also worth noting that the rooms are accessed via stairs. If you are okay with those aspects, the quality of the property, it's character, comfort and location make it an absolute top pick. If I come back to Phuket I'd stay here again for sure.
