Room was spotless and staff super friendly. As a suggestion, the rooms need better ventilation or de-humidifiers. We had swimming suit that did not dry out even after 2 days. Room smelled like humidity. Other than that it was a great experience!

We stayed for three nights and liked everything about this property. The staff is friendly and helpful. Our room was very nice and spacious (with a balcony), the bathroom was great and the water pressure in the shower was good. There are two locations to have breakfast, we tried them both and were impressed by the variety of foods offered and the quick and efficient service. The location of the hotel was perfect for us, far enough away from the hustle and bustle (and noise) of Bangla Road, but close enough to easily walk there. We would certainly stay here again.

The hotel was very clean and very accommodating. From the minimum we checked in, the staff were extremely nice and smiling the entire time and they even checked this in prior to 3 PM. The amenities in the hotel are great, the big pool with the walk-in bar and the big kitchen that offered tasty food.

We stayed in king room walk in pool side. The swim up bar was close and the dineing area just around the corner. The staff was exceptionaly friendly and helpful. The property is centraly located just across the street from Patong beach and night market. I would stay here when we and if we come back to Thailand.

This is our 2nd time staying here, this time for our wedding anniversary. Everyone is so happy & helpful. Nothing is ever too hard. Everywhere you go is spotless, the breakfast & food overall is great and the pool bar is always so much fun. A special mention for Moe she is absolutely wonderful, the most hard working, helpful lady whose energy is contagious and motivates other staff. She has a gift with people & always brings a smile to our face. We recommend to stay here.

Included breakfast buffet was excellent. Lots of options and fresh food. Staff was excellent also. Check in was quick and efficient. Desk staff was helpful. Would definitely stay here again. Beautiful property and well maintained. Room was clean and comfortable. Only complaint is the Mai Tai at the pool bar was very weak. It was 2 for 1 happy hour and I think they forgot the rum. Lol

I would have really liked to say excellent about this hotel, as everything was perfect! But unfortunately I got food poisoning from room service, thankfully it was only me and not my husband and daughter too. I lost almost two days of my holiday with my daughter who lives in South Korea and who I hadn’t seen for 6 months and don’t know when I’ll see her next! And the hotel just offered me a herbal tea 🙈
