Very clean rooms staff were very helpful throughout. The Airport shuttle that was arranged for us through the hotel was easy and hassle free and on time so didn’t have to worry about our early flight and arranging a taxi. Breakfast was great. Location was good right opposite the beach. Small walk to shopping and restaurants but a lot quieter than expected considering how close everything was. Would stay again!

The property is beautiful despite being smack in the middle of Patong beach it feels very quiet and relaxing once you step onto the property. Walkable distance to so much shopping and food and not too far taxi ride to activities. The staff is very polite and helpful. We will definitely stay here again.

The Hotel is overall nice and beautiful, with nice service, pools and excellent breakfast. But doors and walls a like paper, so you can hear everything and there is lots of noise in the night from the hallways. Not what would be expected for a hotel in this class.
