The pool was great with swim up bar and can order food to your sun lounge. Buffet breakfast was amazing and all staff were eager to help. Property was absolutely beautiful! If you are travelling with children I highly recommend this resort. We were poolside all day, everyday. Beach right next to the swimming pool. Water slides, lazy river, jump rock, and acitivites for the kids to do daily. Food was lovely, staff were amazing and super accommodating. Cannot recommend this place enough. Will definitely be back.

The hotel app is very useful for communicating with staff. The staff are extremely friendly and always happy to help. The property feels like a tropical paradise. We had a room with private pool which I would highly recommend- when the main pool closes at 7pm you can swim in your own pool for as long as you like and nice to cool down when returning from dinner. Breakfast had everything you could ask for. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Phuket.

Very comfortable room, great pillows! Everyone was incredibly welcoming, staff were very friendly and helpful all over the resort - including restaurant staff, tour booking staff at the lobby, gym and pool staff. Both room and resort amenities were clean and exceeded expectations. Food and drinks are resort prices but this is to be expected. Such a beautiful setting and we have so many wonderful memories. The hotel did not have umbrellas or chairs you could rent for the beach. It was a great looking resort but it lacked in something. When we needed to checkout there was no one at the front so they had to email me a final payment amount. They did decorate for our honeymoon but it was not done before getting us in our room. So we had to wait outside our door for them to complete it but that was just really sweet of them. All in all it was a good stay.

Great hotel with amazing service. We had the private pool room and it was very nice. The spa is nicely designed and the spa treatments were also great. The bed was a bit too hard for our liking and we did have some stomach issues after one of the hotel buffets, but besides that everything was good.

Was an excellent stay. Only feedback would be the pool area to have better marking in the water. There were many steps you can’t see and we ended up bumping and grazing ourselves a bit.
