No one is there after hours, we heard someone fighting around 2am and it lasted for 35 min and no one not even the police did anything. The pictures on the site are correct but in poor condition the restaurant was closed when I asked they said we don’t k is when it opens pool is behind a street vendor grilling meats and all the smoke goes into the pool area I had to ask for a tv and the door latch was broken off and the door doesn’t lock after opening the door open looks nice but looks can be deceiving.

2night stay. Bed very lumpy and hard. Air con machines on balcony unguarded with fan exposed.woken up at midnight before check out to be told we hadn’t paid yet! Cheap but that’s about it☹️ I don’t think it’s owned by Thai people! Frenchies bar by the pool is excellent

We spent nearly an hour to be advised by the newly front desk receptionist that we don’t have reservation when showed her the confirmed reservation. She repeatedly advised us there was no reservation under our names and no room is available. Luckily Noi was able to help and located the reservation. Noi was very accommodating to let us leave our luggage and have beach towels for our day tour prior to our check-in. We requested a room away from the streets and traffic noise. Instead we got the room facing the loudly street. Roaring motorcycles and vehicles noise kept us up all night! The bed didn’t help much as it was hard as a rock! Even though the hotel is not near the actions but the traffic noise is unbearable!

The hotel was situated in a wonderful area. Although an older hotel it was kept well. Very quiet at night was a definite plus for me.

Excellent Value

Having previously lived in the same area full-time, we were very familiar with the location of this hotel. We were pleasantly surprised by the size of the guestroom, and the bathroom was slightly larger and better appointed than those in other area guesthouses. The rooms facing the street seemed just a bit smaller than those facing the back, but both are good sized. The swimming pool and small bar, which is screened off from the street is a hidden gem. We found the staff and owner to be very friendly and accommodating. For the price paid, this was an excellent value.

Shabby hotel

I found this hotel to be in need of some love and care. It was grubby and in need of some attention. The restaurant and bar were none-existent, I was told there were plenty around, which there are but that isn’t the point. The pool was dirty and it was on a main road and very very noisy. Even with the door and curtains closed, we didn’t sleep. The one member of staff in the hotel was busy and couldn’t leave reception to find me a hairdryer. The room was a decent size and bedding clean, that’s about the only positive I can give.
