It was a geat comfortable time. The staff was wonderful and kind. We were only there for a few hours during a layover, but it was absolutely perfect for what we needed it for: a clean comfortable place to keep our luggage; shower; eat; rest before a long day of traveling. We stayed overnight only between flights and this hotel is close to the airport and very reasonably priced. Our room was on the second floor and there was no lift. Staff helped with our luggage. The linen was clean but the beds quite firm. Bathroom facilities were fine for an overnight stay. Anyone with mobility issues would find the stairs a challenge. There is a convenience store next door which was handy.

On checkout we were made to wait while they inspected the room. My husband has some excema on his elbow and scratched it while sleeping so there were a couple of small blood patches on the sheet - the size of a dime. We were charged $500 Baht as they said that it couldn't be laundered.
