Great located hotel, 5 minutes walk to the beach and 15 minutes to Bangla road. The rooms are well maintained and clean. Wifi and breakfasts are also good. Onsite Laundry is good, locally priced rather than hotel prices.

This was a good hotel for budget minded travelers. No frills, but a clean room and a hearty buffet breakfast. Location isn’t bad either, just a ten minute walk to Bangla. The rooftop pool was nice and hardly ever busy. Friendly staff too. Housekeeping was amazing! Would be 5 stars if the rooms were a little better maintained. I had air conditioning trouble and a broken tv all week.

Hotel and breakfast are great. Important note... Impossible to sleep more than 10 minutes at a time, the reason, tuk tuk passing by all the time with music louder that you can imagine. Near 4 am you get a break. It would be so easy to respect people because while they go by all the hotels they wake up hundreds of people at the time. Not the hotels fault again.

I love the location. Hotel staff was very helpful. I had to leave early and reservation manager was very helpful and they gave me a refund on the days I already paid for. I plan on going back for 2 months in January. Also house keeping kept room aways cleaned and well stocked with everything I needed
