The room was great. It was cleaned daily. The staff were amazing. So friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the cookery class and the New Year party. The staff work so hard. We also had great Thai Massages in the hotel spa. The area was peaceful and we had a relaxing 8 days. Fabulous value for money. The food was tasty. We ate in the restaurant every night.

Room was nice and clean but the shower had black mold. Cleaning staff were wonderful and helpful! Restaurant staff were slow and not helpful. One gentleman spoke English one second then when I was over charged he suddenly couldn’t understand anything I was saying. Went back next day with my translator app and still they were not going to reimburse me on the over charge. Over priced and poor service. Resort on the beach that looked like a dumping ground. If you advertise your beach then maybe they should actually try and keep it neat and tidy.

The staff was nice and gave us a free room upgrade. The room was very clean and had a great view of the beach. The room amenities were okay but nothing fancy. The water pressure of the shower was really low and kept running low on hot water. The internet speed was slow and barely usable

I didn't have luck for choosing this hotel. Unfortunately was a really sad experience for me and my family. I have 03 points to talk about: - The rooms have a lack of maintenance and the furniture is old and damaged. - The restaurant staff had errors with us due to fly in our soup and never offered "I am sorry" - The restaurant forgot my order and I was waiting for more than 40 mins, I called to waiter for cancelling my order and it arrived in less than 5 minutes, I didn't receive a "Sorry" from the staff. - I received at night a call in my room, telling me that I didn't pay the bill, I had paid, they told me to show the receipt at restaurant, so I had to leave my room at night, go to the restaurant and show the receipt and card transaction, but was not my fault, the real reason is that they had forgotten include some item in the bill and they wanted I pay for it (is ok I am not refusing to pay, but is an error by their side) I had all this embarrassment and one more time, I never received a "Sorry". Definitely, the next time I travel to Pukhet I will not choose AoChalong. I hope they have success and treat better the tourists.

From check in to check out all the staff were amazing from being genuinly polite to the bar staff bringing over the drinks menu when your by the pool. The room was nice with a comfortable and big bed with a spacious rooms and a large balcony.

Great hotel tucked away in what feels like a rainforest but is actually right on the beach. Great cafe/ restaurant, not crazy expensive and great food. Very quiet and relaxing away from the hustle and bustle of centre chalong.

Our first solo trip was in Phuket and staying at Aochalong villa was amazing. They had exceptional service and hospitality and the location is perfect for those looking to vacation away from super busy cities like Patong. I decided to upgrade rooms for a great price and it was totally worth it if you're looking for a comfier stay. They offer taxi services and multiple excursion brochures upfront so you don't have to go out of your way looking for reliable ones. I will be back next time

The staff here are very kind and helpful. The pool by the restaurant was clean and had a beautiful view of the sea. However, the room did not look like the pictures, as well as other parts of the property not matching the photos online. The place was clean and quiet, but definitely can use some updates. When we arrived and got to the villa it was hotter than it was outside. It took hours to cool down. They only give you one room key so if you aren't in the room the ac will not run. Overall the place was average and did not look like the pictures online. The name villa resort and spa also gives the impression it is something that it is not.
