We checked in on Saturday night with no issues. Sunday-we had no power, Monday- no water and Tuesday- no hot water. We realize some things are out of the staffs control but we received no information, confirmation or compensation from the establishment. We’re paying guests and basically ignored.

Good and Bad

First Room Heavy smoke residue. They quickly and politely gave us a new room. Second room lighter smoke residue. We stuck with it. Running the air fan all night helped. Comfortable bed, Good air conditioning that blows from a vent Not a loud window type unit. (it was 100' outside @ 11pm, so air conditioning is very important here! ) Fridge was warm, kind of defeats the purpose to have to wait for fridge to get cold enough to save our expensive dinner leftovers Safely. Mold in shower.

The lack of service to our room And the change out of towels also trying to find someone to assist with the breakfast and any questions we had at the front counter was difficult to find anybody The hidden visa fees on the final bill was a surprise The overall facility was good, and the staff tried to make it right with the adjustment to the bill because of the lack of service to the room

Loved it

This was by far my favorite hotel experience. I could honestly live here. I loved this hotel. Breakfast was great, beds comfy tons of comfy pillows. The suite was cozy decor felt like home. I honestly never wanted to leave. My only complaint if I had to judge would be vending and ice machine was not on the second floor. Oh and the smells in hallways were amazing.
