Let me start by saying this hotel is beyond a hotel. The customer service and representation of this hotel is beyond five stars. In my opinion starting with a general manager Douglas, his attention to detail and Customer needs is exceptional. This is my second time staying here and I was not let down, but only exceeded expectations. The rooms are so comfortable like a home type. Feel the amenities of having refrigerator oven dishwasher , microwave makes you feel completely at home for your stay. Can’t say enough about the good team they have here working at this exceptional hotel just a name a few extra great team members Adrian , Zach & Kelly! a big thank you to all of you for our stay. I will be referring family of friends when they come to town to visit. Thank you for making our stay Exceptional!!

First they told us no incidental charges but when we arrived we were told that we needed to pay a100 incidental fee and that we would get it back immediately when we checked out. Then got to our room and there was blood on the pillows . We took downstairs to front desk and the lady told us sorry bout that but don’t have any fresh pillows or pillowcases. The next morning when checked out the girl said we would get incidental charge back for 7 days ! And said sorry bout the blood but couldn’t help it!!!! The staff was awful
