Great house for people wanting to be close to old town and the airport. Very well equipped. Four bathrooms and three large bedrooms. Lots and lots of closet space so it’s easy to be settled. It’s not a huge house but plenty of space and supplies for everyone. We had a few confusing moments with lights and remotes but the property manager fixed it right away. Owner also communicated via the app right away when needed. Access to the backyard is through each of the master bedrooms which was a non issue for us but might be an issue for others. Those with disabilities- mostly even ground throughout the house, zero step entry to master shower. There are four toilets- two inside separate spaces but the other two have more clearance. We would stay there again.

We had an amazing stay at this home. It was clean, well appointed, comfortable, and the location is incredible. It’s an easy, safe walk to Old Town, or an even easier drive. Communication from the owner was excellent and property manager was immediately responsive to an issue we had with the electronic keypad (which turned out to be user error on our part!). Highly recommend and we plan to stay here again!

We loved the outdoor space! The pool temperature was perfect and we loved the hot tub too. The location was great! We did walk to Old Town once it was about 15 minutes. The kitchen and bathrooms and inside space were all very nice. We appreciated that there were K cups provided. It was a very easy checkout process, which we also appreciated. We would definitely stay here again!

The pool and hot tub were great. Smaller backyard than what it appears to be in the photos. The house was much smaller than expected from the photos. The main living area was much smaller, not a lot of light and no direct access to the backyard/pool. Accessing the pool though a bedroom was not convenient. The rooms and bathrooms were nice, very spacious. Not the best property for entertaining more than a few people. The advertised "walk to old town" was not exactly accurate or what I was expecting having stayed near old town many times. Colin was a great communicator - overall I would rate this stay 7/10

Great stay in a great location! This home is on a quiet, charming street very close to Old Town. It is well appointed with two master suites - one of which could stand on its own as an apartment - complete with a bank of bifold doors that open to the pool area and patio.The second master has its own en suite and doors that also open to the pool. The third, smaller bedroom has its own bathroom across the hall, and there is also an extra powder room near the laundry room that creates a lot of additional privacy for groups traveling together. We did not walk to old town, but it does seem possible as it is only a 5 minute drive, so perhaps a 15 minute walk.The home is lovely for indoor/outdoor living with a very clean pool and exterior ceiling fans for comfort on hot days. The value and elegance of this home rival the best hotels in Scottsdale. We would definitely stay again.

Loved the pool and location!

A beautiful property in a perfect location. I stayed for 3 weeks with various friends and family visiting. Having the two master suites is perfect for visitors and the heated pool and hot tub are super fun. The kitchen is appointed with everything you could need. Communication with the property manager was outstanding. I'll be back next year at another one of the owner's properties since this one is already rented a year in advance!

Great place to stay Great Location

The property was excellent the location was close to old downtown the hot tub and pool was extremely clean. The master bedroom was outstanding, and the bed was comfortable. The only issues we experienced was the hot tub had a leak when you used the jets so there wasn't a lot of extra bubbles while you were enjoying the hot tub. The property manager advised a work order was in to get it repaired but it wasn't done during our stay.The door from the Master Bedroom to the pool area was a little difficult to open or close the entire glass was a folding door system are accordion door and it was out of adjustment which made the door itself difficult to open are close at times.The light switches in the master bedroom took a bit of trial and error to figure out the wording on some of the switches had worn off so it was difficult to determine what light you were actually turning on are off.But for the most part the property was excellent and i would defiantly stay there again if i travel to Scottsdale in the future.

Lovely house in a great location

Our week-long stay at the villa in Scottsdale with the family was Bert nice, offering both comfort and modern living in equal measure. The space itself was beautifully appointed, with enough room for everyone to spread out and relax without feeling crowded. Each room was tastefully decorated, blending modern amenities with a cozy, The outdoor area was a highlight of our stay, featuring a pool and a jacuzzi that became our evening retreat after days spent exploring. Another significant advantage of this villa was its proximity to Old Town Scottsdale. The convenience of being so close to a plethora of dining, shopping, and entertainment options cannot be overstated. Overall, our experience at the villa in Scottsdale was truly memorable.
