Checkin was good. Girl at the counter was extremely friendly. Place is quiet and lots of comfort. I stepped out for breakfast and to walk at the shops next door. I left the DND sign on my door knowing check out is 11am. When I came back at about 10:15am my room had been opened as lights were turned on and curtains were open.

I checked in late in the evening. The night shift staff was responsive and on top of things. The entire facility is quiet, clean and well designed. Heating/cooling system in the room was quick and efficient, bed was very comfy, sheets were great!

Hotel was clean. Clerks were just standing around chatting when we arrived, unprofessional. We were at the end of the hall and it sounded like a raceway outside when trying to sleep. The air conditioner was noisy and had creaking sounds. Elevator was broken. Eggs were bland. Just not the experience I had hoped for.
