Located in a quiet and friendly residential area of Mesa, this neighborhood offers a peaceful retreat while still being close to everything you need. You'll enjoy easy access to parks, walking trails, and nearby shopping centers, as well as a variety of local dining spots.

The area is well-connected by major roads, making it convenient to reach downtown Mesa, Tempe, and other parts of the East Valley. Whether you're in town for work, school, or relaxation, this location offers a comfortable balance of suburban charm and city convenience.

The swimming pool is heated and maintained at 85°F (29°C) during the cooler months, from November through April, and this is included at no extra cost to our guests. Please note that during particularly cold weather — especially when outdoor temperatures drop below 40°F (4°C) — the pool heater may not be able to maintain the full 85°F, and the water temperature may temporarily drop.

To ensure it's kept in great condition, the pool is serviced by professionals once a week. Please note that daily service is not provided, so it’s possible for leaves or other vegetation to fall into the pool, especially on windy days. For your convenience, we provide a pool net and vacuum, allowing you to easily keep it clean during your stay.

Pool Access:
Guests have full private access to the swimming pool during their stay. Please always supervise children and ensure safety guidelines are followed while using the pool.

The home includes a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living area, and a private backyard featuring a swimming pool — perfect for both leisure and entertainment.

The swimming pool is heated from October through April at no additional cost to guests. The heater is set to maintain a comfortable 85°F (29°C). Please note that if the outdoor temperature drops below 40°F (4°C), the pool temperature may also drop slightly below the set point.

Pets are welcome at no extra charge, so your furry companions can enjoy the stay too.

Prior to your stay, we require you to complete a pre-arrival form and sign and agree to our rental conditions.

-Please be advised that lost keys or remotes will incur a $125 dollar charge.
-No smoking indoors. Smoking outdoors is permitted with windows and doors tightly closed. Please discard all smoking materials at check out. Smoking indoors will incur a $300 fee.
-No loud music or excessive noise so as not to disturb neighbors and to comply with city regulations. Excessive noise can result in a cancellation of your reservation with no refund.
-Pets stay free! House-trained cats and dogs only. Pets not allowed on furniture or bedding. Must pick up dog waste. 3 pets maximum. Additional cleaning fees of $200 will be assessed to you.
-No pets in the pool (You will incur an additional fee of $200 if pet hair is found in the filter.)
