Located just 10 minutes from Mayo Clinic/Desert Ridge shopping, ten from N Scottsdale and 15 min from Sky Harbor airport. With all the comforts of being at home this house boasts upgraded and thoughtful finishes. The large pool (not-heated) and backyard has plenty of space to lounge and play for the whole family. Whether you're in town for spring training, Barrett Jackson or simply to explore all that AZ has to offer, this home is the place to rest your head and rejuvenate.

Located in a convenient residential area of North Phoenix near the Paradise Valley neighborhood, this home offers guests a relaxed setting with easy access to shopping, dining, recreation, and some of the Valley’s most popular destinations. Just around the corner, Paradise Valley Park features green space, sports facilities, a dog park, community center, and seasonal public pool, while several shopping centers and everyday conveniences are within walking distance or a short drive. The location is also convenient to Desert Ridge, Kierland Commons, Scottsdale, and the Phoenix Mountain Preserve, giving guests plenty of options for restaurants, shopping, hiking, golf, and outdoor activities. With quick access to major roads connecting North Phoenix with Scottsdale and central Phoenix, the neighborhood makes a comfortable home base for exploring the greater Phoenix area while still offering a quieter residential atmosphere.

Family Vacation

This home was better than the pictures, and perfect for our family. The house was well-stocked with anything you could possible need without being cluttered. The location was close to the major freeways which was great for getting around. The king bed in the primary bedroom was super comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

We recently stayed at this beautiful home, the location was absolutely perfect—quiet yet close to everything we needed. The house itself was spacious, well-decorated, and had a lot of charm with a lovely yard and pool. Thanks Adam and Lexie for having us at the pool house! Beautifully decorated and we had a fantastic. Having a spa out back would have made it a 10 out of 10 as the pool was not heated and too cold for us during our stay. We would definitely go back when it is warmer!

Comfortable home & convenient location

Very comfortable home, nice kitchen to prepare meals, central location for seeing sites and visiting family. House is nicely equipped for technology and preparing meals. Clean and quiet, blackout curtains allow you to sleep in. Beautiful unheated pool, wanted to use it, a little too chilly! We had three adults, could easily accommodate four adults and a couple kids. Owners responded quickly to any questions or concerns.
