Our unit provides two bedrooms, one with two queen beds and the other with one king bed and views of Camelback Mountain. The unit offers 1 1⁄2 bathrooms, a fully functioning kitchen, dining for six, a large bar area, an in-unit washer and dryer, smart TVs, high-speed internet, and a spacious living room that will make you feel like you never left home. The front patio is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the day, while the grounds and heated pool are well manicured and maintained. There is one designated covered parking spot and ample visitor parking. Our property is always professionally cleaned between visits.

Stays past 28 days with requires a lease and a security deposit. Pool is available for you to use at your own risk. Immediate eviction for violation of the following per city of Scottsdale: “All dwelling units, including Vacation Rentals and Short-term rentals, shall have a maximum family size of 6 adults (and their related dependent children). Non-residential uses, including retail, restaurant, banquet space, event center, or other similar uses are prohibited". Pets are allowed but ONLY dogs 20lbs and under; There is a $100 pet fee for any pet that is included with your group or that enters any premises of the property. Owner is responsible for all pet supplies. An extra cleaning fee may be imposed if property left beyond a reasonable condition.
