Place appears to be under a remodel, pool is inaccessible, elevator reeked of weed and it is filthy. Rooms are dated with mismatched furniture and pillow cases stuffed with sheets for pillows. Tiny fridge on floor where you literally have to crawl down onto floor to access the compartments in it. Tried to use coffee maker but it was inoperable and when I went to lobby and asked if they had complimentary coffee I was told NO. Place runs like a resort on a Motel 6 budget.

I was disappointed with my recent stay. The pool was under construction, which wasn’t mentioned when I booked. The property overall looked unclean and poorly maintained. The rooms felt outdated, and there was barely any staff around to assist. Definitely not what I expected.

I had no idea it was an open construction site- piles of ruble everywhere, taped off entry to pool, no one working at the pool, no drinks or food. A/C rattled and was loud but at least it worked. Random mini fridge on the floor- just very disappointing!

The staff was GREAT!! However very disappointed with the room. The tub was not clean. And, we booked a room with patio and walk out to the pool specifically splurging for our anniversary. When we arrived, there was a construction fence blocking the patio and pool. It was about a foot away from the glass doors so you couldn’t even see outside! They were very accommodating about moving us to another room the next day. But very disappointed.
