The fifth bedroom is loaded with beds, equipped with 6 full beds (3 full-over-full bunks)! The fifth bedroom also has its own private ensuite bathroom & direct access to the AMAZING backyard.

"Pool heating: We charge $100 for pool heating and will pre-heat the pool to 85 degrees. However, please note that outdoor weather impacts the pool temperature, and colder conditions may prevent it from reaching 85 degrees.

From December through February, pool heaters will be turned on at no additional charge. Keep in mind that the heaters may not significantly raise the water temperature above the ambient air temperature during colder weather.

The pool will not be heated during the summer, as high outdoor temperatures make heating unnecessary!

PLEASE NOTE: For everyone’s safety, a protective fence is installed around the back patio, before accessing the pool. Guests are not allowed to move or remove it under any circumstances.
