• The "Kitchenette": Please note this is a convenience kitchen without a full stove or oven. We provide a microwave, mini-fridge, toaster, and Keurig coffee maker. It is perfect for reheating leftovers or making quick breakfasts, but not for cooking full meals.
• Bathroom: A full bathroom with a bathtub and shower combo, stocked with fresh towels and essentials.
⚠️ Honest Expectations (Read Before Booking)
• Parking (Street Only): We offer Free Street Parking directly in front of the property. Please do not park in the dirt driveway or block the main house access. The street is safe and convenient!
• Shared Property: You are staying in the middle unit of a triplex. You have your own private entrance, but you share a common wall with the main house. You may hear muffled sounds from neighbors.
• Natural Light: As a converted casita, the space is cozy and keeps cool in the summer, but it does not have large panoramic windows. It is designed as a restful retreat rather than a bright sunroom.
• No Pool Access: Please note that the pool visible on the property belongs exclusively to the Main House (Unit A) and is not accessible to guests of this unit.
Guest Access:
• Entry: Contactless Self Check-in via a secure keypad.
• Privacy: You have a private entrance. The walkway to your unit is shared with the rear unit, but your space is your own.

• Waiver Option: If you would prefer to skip the hold on your card, you may choose a non-refundable damage waiver for a small fee instead.
• Furry Friends Welcome: We love dogs! You are welcome to bring your non-service pup along for a small fee. Please just remember to add them to your reservation guest count when booking so the fee is automatically applied and we know to expect them!
