The Gregory: 2 Bed/1 Bath Guesthouse

Our charming 2 bed, 1 bath guesthouse is centrally located in midtown Phoenix. Walkable, friendly neighborhood with grocery stores, restaurants & coffee shops nearby.

The house sleeps 4 (can accommodate 6 w/ air mattress) with 2 bedrooms (1 queen & 1 double bed). There is a 75 inch Smart TV with Chromecast and arcade cabinet with thousands of video games. Enjoy our shared backyard with hot tub, fire table & gas grill at your disposal.
Conveniently located 10 minutes from downtown in a safe, family-friendly neighborhood called St. Gregory. Near sports teams (10 minutes from the Suns and Diamondbacks stadiums), Roosevelt Row, and 15 minutes from the airport. Download the Waymo One app to hail an autonomous car while you're here, it's a great experience and they travel downtown!
The hot tub is usable year round. We adjust the heat accordingly in the summer. Pool towels are provided. The hot tub is in the backyard between our main house and the guesthouse where you will stay. The hot tub water is replaced before each guest stay and we limit our use of the hot tub while we have guests.
We have a pet tortoise that lives in the back yard. She is friendly and eats outdoor plants. Please don't feed her fruits or processed food as it can cause issues. If you have romaine lettuce or leafy greens that is ok. We advise you to wash your hands if you pet the tortoise. She is ~30 years old so please be gentle.
Fully stocked kitchenette (no stove/oven) with: 2 burner hot plate, electric skillet, electric kettle, microwave, coffee maker & fridge, dishes and utensils, and blender. Help yourself to anything in the fridge.
Bathroom provides a shower with plenty of towels and toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion and hair dryer provided).
Parking for 1-2 cars in the driveway and ample street parking out front. We have wifi, and a 75" Smart TV with Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, Disney, HBO Max or Chromecast if you'd like to stream your own apps.
Encanto Park is nearby for picnics, walks, sports, or taking the kids to the playground or Enchanted Island Amusement Park. Check out our guidebook for restaurant & activity recommendations for your stay. Luana's Coffee & Beer is a must visit neighborhood stop.
Working remote? We offer wifi and a desk in the living room. There is also a coworking space a few short blocks away (5 minute walk) on 15th Ave.
We can supply a pack 'n play, high chair, stroller & other baby/toddler items on request. Additionally we have a small toddler bed we can add to the second bedroom if requested in advance.
Interested in kayaking Tempe Town Lake, Lake Pleasant, or the Salt River? We have an inflatable kayak and SUP boards available for rent during your stay. We can also provide bikes. 🚲
St. Gregory is one of the friendliest neighborhoods in Phoenix. The church bells tell the hour and we are less than a mile from popular grocery stores, Safeway, Sprouts, Natural Grocer & Food City.
Security System: There is a security system in the house monitored by Link Interactive that provides guests with security for their possessions when they are away from the home.
Communication: We are available by text for all guests. Anyone that needs anything is responded to generally within 10 minutes. We are happy to provide recommendations for things to do and answer any questions during your stay.
