The Bloom is a 5-bedroom single-family home, curated for relaxation and designed to help you unwind and enjoy all that Scottsdale has to offer. You will be treated to beautiful indoor and outdoor spaces that include a private, heated swimming pool (additional fees apply), a large sun-splashed backyard, and a game room with a pool table.

HOUSE RULES & IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Please take a moment to read through the following before booking. We want your stay to be enjoyable and stress-free for everyone.
🎉 NO PARTIES OR EVENTS-
State law strictly prohibits parties or events at this property. This is a residential neighborhood, and we kindly ask all guests to be respectful of our neighbors. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
The home is equipped with Noise Aware, a noise monitoring device, which measures decibel levels only- it does not record audio or video. We will be notified if noise exceeds acceptable limits. Please be aware that violating local noise ordinances carries an initial fine of $2,000.
📷 SECURITY CAMERAS
For the safety of guests and the property, we have a doorbell camera and cameras on the exterior facing the gates. There are no cameras inside the home.
✅ RENTAL AGREEMENT and GOVERNMENT ID – REQUIRED
This property requires a rental agreement and a government-issued ID within 24 hours of booking. Your reservation is not confirmed until verification is completed. Access will not be provided without successful completion.
As part of verification, guests will be asked to:
• Submit a valid government-issued ID
• Sign a Rental Agreement and Pre-arrival Form
The ID must match the primary guest's name on the reservation.
⚠️ CANCELLATION POLICY RELATED TO VERIFICATION
If you choose not to complete verification, please cancel your reservation yourself within 24 hours of booking to receive a full refund (if eligible under the cancellation policy).
Refunds will not be issued for cancellations resulting from a refusal, delay, or failure to complete verification after that window. We are unable to cancel reservations on behalf of guests who do not complete this step.

This is a NON-smoking home. No smoking of any kind, please.
No pets (including service animals) without prior approval. We do allow one dog with a $200 non-refundable pet fee.
We do not allow cats due to guest allergies.

No guests that are not on the reservation or otherwise approved.

We’re committed to keeping each PHX Stays home in pristine condition so you can fully relax during your stay. From time to time, our trusted service providers (landscapers, pest control, etc.) may stop by to care for the property. These visits are scheduled carefully to minimize disruption, and they help ensure that everything stays beautiful and well-maintained for you and future guests. There are weekly pool, spa, and landscaping crews onsite to service our property and equipment. The team will have free access to the backyard and front yard of the property. Days may vary, please reach out with any questions.
