Great location if you want a short ride to the bar district. I was a little surprised by the noise from the highway but given the proximity to the Mill street district we enjoyed our stay and would recommend. Host was very responsive and was flexible enough to allow us to return to the apt to retrieve an item that was left behind.

Check in was easy. Not all the amenities were available. The pool was closed and the host did not let us know until we went to the leasing office to get a key for the gym. Leasing lady let us know that the pool will be closed until April 1st. Got in contact with the host in regards to that and didn’t apologize or compensate us for a big inconvenience. It was 100 degrees everyday we were day and not having a pool was a very big inconvenience and disappointment. He apologized after I had let him know that we had checked out. There was no directs on how to get to the washer and dryer which was also one of the amenities listed. Overall wouldn’t stay here again and would not recommend to anyone. The floors were also SO dirty like it hasn’t been mopped in a very long time. If people are paying 150-200 for a cleaning fee I would expect that the floors are cleaned.

We came on a trip with friends for Spring Training and needed a nice place to stay together. The location was very convenient & the apartment was just as described & we enjoyed the apartment. The host communicated very quickly when we had questions and went over & beyond. The only thing we would have liked would have been a little softer beds as they weren’t very comfortable. However we would highly recommend this host and apartment!!
