Our stay was extremely disappointing and did not resemble the listing. When we arrived, there were strangers inside the home because it was being shown to potential buyers, which we were never told. This was a major safety and privacy concern. The house also smelled strongly of cigarette smoke.The pool, our main reason for booking, was completely unusable. The pump didn’t run, the skimmer and vacuum didn’t work, the water was cloudy, stagnant, and full of debris, the hot tub portion was filthy, and a leaking hose created large puddles on the patio. Yard workers later cut weeds but left all the clippings scattered across the patio and floating in the pool, making conditions worse.The yard was dirty and poorly maintained. The garage was advertised as available, but there was no remote, no access instructions, and it was so dirty and unkept we would not have used it anyway. Inside the home, despite being marked “just cleaned,” surfaces were dusty.We messaged the host through VRBO and text, sent photos and videos, and were told maintenance would come, but no one ever arrived. None of the issues were resolved. We were offered a “20% discount” that totaled only 69, which wasn’t close to 20%.Overall, this stay felt unsafe, unclean, and misrepresented. I cannot recommend this property. Photos show the true condition.I wish I had more room to fully articulate ALL the issues but have run out of space
