This home boasts 2 spacious family rooms both with big screen smart tv's. 2 king and 2 queen beds to sleep 8 comfortably. 25 minutes from PHX airport, close to shopping, surfing and restaurants for every pallet. Downtown Gilbert is just a 10 minute drive. Gas grill , bikes, tennis and pickle ball rackets, pool toys and ping pong are all included.

Beautiful vacation dessert home

Beautiful, gorgeous home which was extremely clean! So comfortable and inviting. We had ping pong tournaments, putting green practice, relaxing times swimming and lounging around the pool from teenagers to grandparents. Home is well stocked with everything one needs. Would definitely return.

Family Trip for wedding

We had a family wedding and needed a place to accommodate 7 people. My kids, my sister and parents. The Nest was perfect. The house was updated with modern decor, comfy couches and beds and had everything we needed. We grilled/cooked, lounged and played games. Exceptional experience

This home is perfect in every way. There is plenty of room to spread out. The bedrooms are all spacious and the Master Suite is large and inviting. The backyard is the perfect place to relax and unwind. The home is located in a very nice neighborhood and is close to lots of restaurants and golf courses. The host/hostess was easy to work with and available for questions. We had a wonderful time here and can’t wait to go back.

This is a great home for a family vacation!! We had 5 adults and 4 kids, 11-13. There was plenty of room to spend time together or find quiet time as well.
