The Check in gal Tristy & General Manager Marissa, would not accept my credit card, as they could not read my name on the card. I had to drive back to Flagstaff 90 minutes each way to get a duplicate card. They would not call my credit card company to make things easier for the guest. Reiterating that’s their policy. Was polite & shocked, however Marissa replied “could stay at another hotel, that’s the policy. Not courteous or kind, extremely dismissive. So I drove back after 3 hours and received a $50 credit. Wow Also they charge $7 a night for parking if you stay at the hotel. What is going on?? This is ridiculous

Room is always clean. Lots of shopping near by. The casino is near also. I feel safe here Breakfast is always good here Beds are comfy! Even for me with the back issues Staff are always very helpful and nice here
