Excellent deal on a 1 bedroom suite with kitchen, although I don't know if that was because it's off-season. Free breakfast was very good and certainly far better that the typical sad continental offering. This one has eggs and various meats, toast, bagels, waffles, usually a French toast, and fresh fruit, etc. all in proper buffet style. Staff was very nice. The whole building was nice and clean. Felt very safe and comfortable. I would gladly stay here again.

Several small issues…. Had elevator issues while there…. Only 2 and 1 was out….. had fire alarm go off at 11:30 at night, that wasn’t the issue as it wasn’t them, the issue was we had a child sleeping in our room and didn’t know if we needed to evacuate, or anything, I was calling front desk, my sister was calling from her cell and we couldn’t get any answers… several guests were upset about not knowing what to do. Other downer was that the shuttle only runs from 5-10 nightly…. SEVERAL guests found this to be an inconvenience…. The pool area was very nice! Several nice places to sit and visit… room itself was wonderful! We stayed in a 2 BR unit and it was perfect for 2 families.

Upon Arrival the Hotel couldn’t find my reservation that I booked through Expedia in May 2025. Turns out they cxld my pay at the hotel reservation due to inability to charge my card prior to arrival. Isn’t the idea of pay at the hotel is to pay once you arrive? They tried calling me while driving through the desert with no cell service. Luckily I was still able to get a room after a 5 hour drive.The room was nice and comfortable (1 bedroom suite with a kitchen) however the door to the balcony was very difficult to open, the shower drain was partially clogged,the vents in the room were covered in thick dust and the TV’s in both rooms didn’t work properly and took 2 of my 3 nights stay before getting it fixed. Also requested an additional luggage rack to avoid putting my son’s suitcase on the floor. After two days they said they didn’t have one. I guess after paying $393/night I didn’t expect to have so many issues..maybe it was a fluke I’d probably stay again but definitely not for that price.
