Overall, okay hotel. The mandatory valet parking caught us by surprise. The room we were assigned was not cleaned well. There was an old coffee pod left in the coffee machine. The drawers had some wrappers left in from a previous guest and the bathroom soap holder had dirt stains. Breakfast spread was quite good. The room lighting was poor. There should be option to make room brighter.

AC was a bit loud when it was on. So I ended up turning it off to sleep. The temperature was okay, however I cannot imagine when it is in the summer, it will be difficult to sleep with ac on. The bed is too soft. I hope you will consider replacing it with something with more support. The toilet was not flushing well. I let the front desk know and it was fixed when I got back that evening. I wish it was ready when I got the room. However, I appreciate the responsiveness of the staff, they are very helpful.

The photos online made it seem like a pleasant hotel but I thought otherwise after checking in. We were headed into the room just to drop everyone off and immediately I noticed the room didn't even smell clean and there was a stain on the couch. After further inspection I went to the restroom and noticed the shower was very poorly cleaned and had pink gunk around the lining of the shower. The hotel personnel told me that the people who clean had gone for the day but he could show me a few other rooms. He allowed me to see other rooms and only 1 out of the three rooms I saw looked clean. After experiencing what our first room had I just figured if they didn't clean one room well they probably weren't cleaning the other rooms well either so we decided to stay elsewhere. Thankfully we were able to get our refund through expedia with no issues.

As always, the room was pretty clean and the amenities were great. When I initially reserved the room, I specifically asked for a room near the elevator because my husband has pain in his knee. The hotel did respond to my request through email and told me that they will accommodate my request. I think the measage got lost or something because they put us in the last room away from the elevator. My fault in not making sure when we checked in, reception apologized. Would have given an excellent if not for this. 😊
