Was overcharged twice!! Their " security deposit/ incident deposit " Was over 230 !! Amazing!! By accident they said , we will refund you immediately. Renovating Pool!

We booked two rooms to enjoy the weekend with our grand children. We were disappointed when we were informed that the pool was closed due to renovations. The temperature was 111 in Glendale! The Continental Breakfast ended at 9:30am so we didn’t make it. The rooms were clean and the bed comfortable. We didn’t hear any disturbances during the night.

Great location

Hotel is very comfortable and close to the State Farm Arena. We were in town for a concert and it was very close. We could have walked, but it was too hot, so we got an uber instead, but it was a very short ride!
