The location is a 7/10 because there was a bunch of people walking around. As for the hotel itself, it was an amazing stay! Customer service was excellent, breakfast options were good, and pool was clean! I asked for housekeeping so we could get new towels , but i think the issue was the language barrier. Overall a great stay, and will definitely stay again!

When booking, watch out for the extra fees! You may want to call and clarify the pet fees, taxes, parking etc. One night booked @ $126 turned into over $200. Tub, shower need updated. Bathroom tile grout could use a good cleaning.

Management and front desk staff work great. Rooms were clean and nice. Breakfast was great. Just a heads up though, the area around the hotel is a little sketchy. It’s right across from a weed dispensary and there were police going down the road chasing a lot.

The property is very clean, as we were leaving they were cleaning the carpets. The staff that checked us in was very sweet, she informed us if we need anything there is always someone at the front desk. We were taking our son to ASU and didn't plan to stay the night, but it was too late to head home to California so we booked this stay last minute. We called the front desk in the morning for toothbrushes and tooth paste and they had them waiting for us. The breakfast was missing a waffle maker would of made my morning better, but if you are in the area and need a room I would stay here.

We were given the key to a room that was dirty at first. Bed had literally been slept in. The front desk girl provided us another room thankfully but still. That made me question the cleanliness of the hotel in general. We only stayed one night for layover. For that, I am thankful
