DO NOT STAY HERE. TRAVELOCITY REVIEWS MUST BE FAKE!!! Carpet absolutely filthy. Trash and filthy floor in elevator entire 4 days. Wanted to purchase cold water but wasn’t stocked in cooler for 3 days even though they had it available. Hot tub filthy, full of dirt and debris. Had to change out room keys multiple times a day if key came anywhere close to a cell phone. Business center was “out of order” during entire stay. Management would not respond to requests to resolve the situation even though I sent photos as proof. Very disappointed in Travelocity and Bonvoy properties

This was unfortunately a very uncomfortable stay. Although I paid for the stay via the hotels app. The clerk still charged my credit card an additional 274 dollars. From the clerk to the assistant general manager, never once did I hear an apology for the clear mistake. The clerks were defensive and combative. Making the stay very difficult.

Property was clean, good location. Last day had a call out, so no hot food for breakfast. Then there was a gas leak and a little confusion. First told to evacuate, then told to go back and gather all our things ascwe wouldn't be allowed back in.

It was a little odd to have to go next door for breakfast. But that would have been okay except for the fact that they basically ran out of food before the breakfast hours were done and quite a few people left with nothing. There was cold cereal but nothing left to toast, no eggs, no hot cereal etc. If they are feeding guests for two hotels then it seems like there should be enough food to accommodate both hotels.
